I wanted a simple solution in place and very clearly explained what our business required including visibility of dials, call time and call recording.
Jamie came back very quickly with a solution that matched what we needed. He sent the information I asked for and then called us to run through the details after a short period of time that allowed us to digest the information. Jamie walked us through the whole sales process clearly ensuring all our needs were met.
