Pescado has been awarded Vodafone Total Communications partner status
Vodafone Total Communications Partner
Following the launch of Vodafone’s new Enterprise Programme we are pleased to announce that Pescado has been awarded Total Communications partner status. This is the highest level available within Vodafone’s new system and Pescado is one of just a handful of UK partners to achieve this status.
Pescado works closely with Vodafone as one of our main network providers. The Vodafone One Net Business Service which we offer is particularly popular with our business customers who value its features and flexibility.
The new Enterprise Programme has replaced Vodafone’s previous system which categorised Vodafone dealers as Silver, Gold or Platinum. Vodafone have changed their system to reflect changes in marketplace and the new system means that for the first time partners are able to achieve Vodafone certification across the Vodafone fixed, mobile, converged and cloud portfolio of technologies.
The new programme recognises partners with four new status categories – starting with Approved, then Specialist, Advanced and for their highest level partners Total Communications. Total Communications status is only awarded to partners who meet demanding criteria and can demonstrate outstanding levels of customer service as well as significant investment in training across sales, operations and support channels.
Nick Birtwistle, Head of Partner and Alliances at Vodafone said, “We have recently launched our new Partner Programme for accrediting partners and are delighted to award the highest possible level to Pescado. So far we’ve accredited 100 dealer partners in the UK at different levels but only an elite group have been awarded Total Communications status.”
He added, “We’re delighted to welcome Pescado as a Total Communications Partner to the new Vodafone Partner Programme. Its team has shown great commitment and vision to leading a new era in communications and connectivity. Digital infrastructure – from mobile to unified communications to the Internet of Things – is changing the way organisations work and new capabilities are needed to support customers in the decade ahead. With a focus on deeper customer engagement and the development of new skills, our Partner programme provides a new platform for our partners to enhance their value propositions around key technology growth areas. We look forward to working closely with Pescado as we help customers benefit from new ways of working.”
Fraser Watson Managing Director at Pescado said, “We are thrilled with this news. It is great news for our staff and our clients, the amount invested by the teams to achieve the award, has been amazing At Pescado we pride ourselves on our knowledge and our excellent customer service standards. Our staff are highly trained and are some of the very best in the industry and this accreditation from Vodafone recognises that.”
