Overview:

 

We do a lot here at Pescado, from business mobiles, converged solutions, cloud phone systems, IT support, network infrastructure and design to name but a few. We are looking for the best Customer Support Advisor to come and join our team. This role is key in ensuring that we deliver on our service promises at all times, supporting your Customer Support Manager you will be the key voice of Pescado with our customer base. You will be providing the highest level of technical support, advice, guidance and knowledge to our thousands of customers who range from multinational corporations to small businesses who totally rely on their mobiles for their business to operate effectively.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • To deal with customer queries/issues in a professional and timely manner (adhering to SLA targets), covering all products and services where training has been delivered.
  • Determining quick-fixes to resolve issues immediately.
  • Liaising with appropriate networks and suppliers.
  • Making sure cases are updated accordingly using CRM activities and tracking so full audit trail is visible.
  • Raising Critical Issues with your Customer Support Manager.
  • Taking part in the Customer Support ‘Out of Hours’ rotation.
  • Making sure CRM system is updated.
  • Ensuring customers are kept up to date on their queries at all times and Pescado/Network SLA’s are given.
